Warren & Annabelle’s hosts many exclusive group buyouts and group buy-ins annually for private parties, wedding groups and company events.  If your guest count is 60 people or less, you may choose:

a.) A buy-in and pay the per-person rate.   (A large-group service charge may apply.)

b.) Purchase an exclusive buyout of the entire venue.

If your guest count totals 65-78 persons, an exclusive buyout is required. Additionally, a 2-Show Buy-Out is available for groups of up to 156 guests.  With additional seating set up in the Theater, we can accommodate a total of 172 guests for both shows combined.

The Royal Flush Package is for groups of 10 or more.
